Job Description
- Utilize your proficiency in Arabic language to promote and sell our real estate services to Arabic speaking clients, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Understand clients' real estate needs, fulfill their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain a potential customer database, follow up on leads, and generate new sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with market information and trends in the real estate industry, providing accurate information to clients.
- Set sales targets and actively work towards achieving them.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Advanced level of proficiency in Arabic in addition to English or Turkish.
- Minimum of 1 years of sales experience in the real estate field.
- Familiarity with call center processes.
- Strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and customer-centric approach.
- Team player with the ability to contribute to team goals.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
